Class Enrolment Terms and Conditions

Regular/Weekly Classes – Sit & Sew Wednesdays

  • Deposit + advance payment will secure your position in the class.
  • Completed enrolment forms are essential for all classes, for insurance purposes.
  • A minimum of 4 enrolments for any class to commence or continue
  • One week deposit + advance payment is to be paid at the time of enrolment. Class fees will then be paid on a weekly basis.
  • All class/sessions will be for 3 hours unless otherwise stated. No part payments for classes will be accepted.
  • All class fees are inclusive of GST
  • Full details of class requirements if necessary will be provided on enrolment and payment of deposit
  • Tea and coffee is provided for all sessions

 

Short Courses – 2 or more sessions

  • Completed enrolment forms are essential for all classes for insurance purposes.
  • A minimum of 4 enrolments must be received for any workshop to be considered.
  • A 50% deposit is required to be paid at the time of enrolment, with the balance payable 2 weeks before the commencement of the workshop.
  • If you are unable to commence your scheduled workshop class, 70% of any deposit or payments made will be forfeited.
  • A full refund of workshop class payments will only be issued if your workshop class is cancelled by us.
  • Fees are inclusive of GST
  • Class requirements will be provided upon enrolment and payment of deposit.
  • Tea and coffee is provided for all workshops

 

Quiltworx Workshops

  • Completed enrolment forms are essential for all workshops for insurance purposes
  • A minimum of 4 enrolments must be received for any workshop to be considered
  • A 25% deposit is required to be paid at the time of enrolment, with half the balance payable 2 weeks before the commencement of the workshop further balance due before the 2nd session.
  • If you are unable to commence your scheduled workshop class, 70% of any deposit or payments made will be forfeited.
  • A full refund of workshop class payments will only be issued if your workshop class is cancelled by us.
  • A free Introduction Day will be held before commencement day
  • Fees are inclusive of GST
  • Class requirements will be provided upon enrolment and payment of deposit.
  • Tea and coffee is provided for all workshops
